Short-term treatment interventions
Short-term treatment interventions can range from three to six months with once or twice per week sessions. If the issues you are facing are related to a life transition or major change in your life that is recent and specific you may benefit from short-term treatment. Examples include stress management, adjustment to marital life or parenthood, or proactive interventions such as parenthood preparation.
